Change the refernce level, open the chain and hit the L(earn) button on the Normalizer Device. It matches the volume of your track with the reference value. Alternatively use the "Sidechain" device to match it to another track (or master track) in your project. Dont forget to turn the mix knob on the sidechain device up.
