Bitwig Preset Panning Fixer

Tries to get a signal properly panned to the center. Useful for audio where the panning fluctuates randomly. How this works: 1. Listens to a range of frequencies from 0 Hz until the "Cutoff" 2. Figures out the difference in level between L and R 3. Smoothes the result over time depending on the "Smoothing" 4. Compensates by panning the signal in the opposite direction by an amount controlled by "Amount" 5. Optionally applies a volume boost to the resulting signal depending on "Vol. Comp." How to use: 1. Click "Monitor Cutoff" to hear what frequencies the device will listen to that lets it determine the panning of the incoming signal. (Usually having a low cutoff works well, assuming the incoming audio has a mono sub.) 2. Adjust the "Cutoff" until a good mono signal is captured. The more signal the better but this usually also means more fluctuation in panning. 3. Open the device and adjust the "Amount" until the filtered (cut off) frequency sounds to be in the center. 4. Increase "Smoothing" if the panning jumps around to fast. Decrease it if the dry signal's panning jumps around a lot and this device can't catch up. 5. Adjust the "Vol. Comp." (volume compensation) until the parts that are panned (and now compensated) are about as loud as the non-weirdly-panned parts.
