Play a long note, automate the Rise Up to the top, then automate the Smash Down to the top after the Rise Up and note is released; or do variations on this to get slightly different results. It's mainly EQ'd noise with various parameters that add movement during the automation. There's a subtle FM'd note initially designed around C3. A lot of variation can be had by simply adjusting the amount of modulation provided by the two sources.
