Bitwig Preset Look-Ahead Compression

A time-shift added to the sidechain that makes up for the 0.10ms minimum attack time of the Bitwig Dynamics device. Due to the rather simple method of doing this, you will probably want to use slightly more compressor knee, and/or release to make up for the faster onset of compression. This should allow harder compression without as much spikey transients at extreme settings. The sound is more like a limiter in practice.
